My instructions:
I was to wave at random on going people in traffic and
Watch their response.
Results:
When I was on the 101 North Bound, I had quite the different reactions.
70% looked like I was deranged.
10% looked Pissed
17% ignored me.
3% Smiled
On the 85 North:
40% were weirded
50% ignored me
10% waved back
On the 280:
85% Waved or smiled
15% ignored me
The experience was quite embarrassing.

I've always thought that 280 was a happier highway than 101 and now you've proved it!
